Ok, so I'm thinking Naoto would be good to send. Her Phantom Thief gear... is basically a golden-glowing Tron suit. (She associates rebellion with SHIRO and changing the way people think.) Her mask is a yin/yang with one side yellow and the other red.

Helena will go too. Her outfit is basically a pristine Victorian tux, complete with top hat, and her mask is a fairly simple domino mask, but it has a quill feather coming out of one side.
